Got out for a about an hour-and-a-half zone 2 spin today. A very welcome road ride after my experience in Maryland. I am very fortunate to be able to ride in an area like where I live...minimally traveled back roads that go for miles and miles.
I'm now off tomorrow as I'm travelling to Charlotte N.C. to visit some friends. I'll likely get out for a descent mountain bike ride Saturday morning...with minimal rocks...I'm pretty pumped about that!
I'll report from the road...until then...
